  • Meet application requirements same as US applicants.

  • Submit all necessary documents listed below in addition to Application Requirements:

Official Application and Deadline Dates
Application must be completed in English

Applications must be submitted by deadline dates in order to be considered for enrollment. However, because immigration paperwork might take extra time, we recommend that you apply early. Application must be filled out, signed and dated.

Application Deadlines
Fall semester (begins in August) July 15th
Spring semester (begins in January) November 15th

Application Fee

All applicants are required to submit a $75 non-refundable application fee in U.S. currency in the form of international money order or a cashier's check made payable to World Harvest Bible College and bear a name of the applicant on it. The application fee should be sent (preferably with the application) to World Harvest Bible College/Office of Admissions/PO Box 32901/Columbus/OH/43232-0901.

Academic Records

Official transcripts from High School and all post secondary schools and colleges/universities, previously or currently attended (translated into English; translated notarized copies must be accompanied by official transcripts in your native language) should be sent to WHBC admissions office. We require a record of the courses completed and the marks attained for each class.

Photocopies of original documents must have the signature of the registrar and the seal of the issuing institution. The signature and the seal must be original and separate from the photographic image.

Financial Support

World Harvest Bible College does not provide any kind of financial aid or scholarships. It is necessary that international applicants show proof of financial support. Applicants are required to submit Notarized Affidavit of Sponsorship with a bank statement from their finance institution and other proof of income if required (refer to Finance Requirements Section). Affidavit of Sponsorship is a part of the application process and is required before I-20 A-B is issued. Affidavit of Sponsorship provides us with information of the student's sponsor and includes bank verification of funds. For details refer for Financial Requirements section.

When all application forms are submitted and Financial Requirements are met and we have sufficient proof of your financial stability your file will be reviewed. If you are accepted you will need to pay for one full academic year of tuition and fees (see Finance Requirements section). Upon receiving your payment International Student Advisor will mail you I-20 forms, required for receiving the Visa.

Note: Please use your name consistently. Use your complete name when filling out application and other forms. Inconsistent use of names (example: rotation of your first and last names) may prevent proper process of I-20 and applications.
